Our Story
Built to solve the chaos of Nigerian property management
Hutstack Property was founded after our team spent months interviewing property managers across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. What we found was consistent: talented, hard-working professionals running multi-million naira portfolios using a stack of spreadsheets, a telephone, and a prayer.
Tenant payments came in via bank transfer with vague references. Maintenance requests arrived on WhatsApp at midnight. Owner statements were typed in Word and emailed as PDFs. Lease agreements were kept in physical files that nobody could find.
We built Hutstack Property to change all of that — not by importing a foreign software solution designed for a different market, but by building from scratch with Nigerian property management in mind. Every feature, every workflow, every integration was designed for the realities of managing property in Nigeria.
